Bulk or commercial orders placed by agri-dealers, distributors, or institutions may be cancelled only within 24 hours of order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any costs incurred for packaging, processing, or logistics prior to cancellation may be deducted from the refund amount.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.
Shipping or transaction charges (if any) may be non-refundable.
